We started the Latinx ERG to connect current Latinx employees of the UVA community, to better integrate with our fellow Latinx community in Charlottesville, and to grow our community’s voice and impacts across Grounds and the city of Charlottesville. We support one another towards the betterment of our professional and sociopersonal lives, within and beyond UVA. All employees are welcome to join us in this work.
